3. Products Our seals are customized to your specifications. Please make sure you provide the correct information when ordering. We cannot accept returns on personalized products unless they are faulty.
4. Prices and Payments All prices are expressed in Euros and include any applicable taxes. Payment can be made via the methods indicated on our site. The transaction will be processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping We ship within 3 weeks of ordering. Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or shipping services.
6. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in cases of defect or error in the personalization. If you have any problems, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
